On December 16, Jazz at Two features "A Christmas Celebration" Mark Moultrup, on piano & vocals. Joining Moultrup are James Suggs, Mark Neuenschwander and Jean Bolduc. Originally from Detroit, Moultrup spent many years performing in Chicago and the Motor City jazz clubs. He now resides in the Bay area. In addition to his club work, he performed in the Chicago and Detroit Jazz Festivals. He studied jazz at Oakland University and Wayne State University and recently received a Masters Certificate from Berklee College of Music online. Mark has shared the stage and performed with a diverse array of artists such as Smokey Robinson, Bobby Vinton, Marcus Belgrave, Eddie Kendricks, Dave Ruffin, Regina Carter, Leslie Gore, John Lamb and many others. Admission (available only at the door) $15 members and $20 for guests.
